The Indiana Fever lost to the Connecticut Sun on Monday, with a score of 89-72.

Even though the 17-point loss looks bad, anyone who watched the game would say the difference between the two teams was much bigger.

Clark had a tough time on offense. She scored 10 points and took only 8 shots in 22 minutes.

There was a key moment on defense that showed how Clark’s night went.

During the game, Clark and Alyssa Thomas, a forward for the Connecticut Sun and the 2023 WNBA MVP runner-up, both grabbed the ball at the same time.

Thomas then threw Clark aside, causing her to fall and lose the ball.

A video of this moment has nearly 500,000 views on X.

Thomas is the same player who slammed Angel Reese to the ground during a game last month.

Most fans found the incident with Clark funny.

“Clark needs to hit the weight room,” one X user wrote.

Maybe it’s good that Clark didn’t make the Olympic team. She might use the month-long break to get stronger.
