In the Bronx, a shooting happened where two people were killed because of a big argument between people living there without permission and those who legally live in the building. The person responsible for the shooting, Josue Ruben Silva, is now being searched for by the police. Silva, who is 21 years old and has been in trouble with the law before, was part of a group of people living in the building without permission.

According to the NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, the trouble started when one of the legal residents, Claretha Daniels, who has lived in the building for a long time, told her friends that one of the people living there without permission disrespected her. Then, other long-time residents of the building came to help her. The people living there without permission returned with weapons like bats and knives.

During the argument, one legal resident, Everett Slade, fought with one of the people living there without permission and hurt them. Then, Silva took out a gun and started shooting. Slade was shot in the arm, while Claretha Daniels and another man, Justin Lawless, were shot in the chest and died. Silva ran away from the scene, and now the police are trying to find him.

The Chief said that there had been tension between the legal residents and the people living there without permission before the shooting happened.
