Live Wire features Capital Storytelling as they discuss their virtual event “A Different Kind of Love” with host Ray Tatar this Wednesday at 5pm on ch. 17.
Capital Storytelling’s upcoming virtual event features true stories told live by five different storytellers on the theme “A Different Kind of Love”.
Capital Storytelling is an organization that seeks to empower individuals by teaching them how to tell their own stories. Founded by Lisa Cantrell, a psychologist and Assistant Professor at Sacramento State, Capital Storytelling provides a space for the community to come together and empathize with one another through the art of storytelling.
To enrich storytelling in the Sacramento community, the organization provides classes and hosts live main events 3-4 times a year, as well as monthly story slams.
