Creating Readers and Celebrating A Place Called Sacramento

We are back in the studio with our guest host, Don Henkle. He will be interviewing two winners from the “A Place Called Sacramento” Film Festival along with Reading Partners Sacramento.
A Place Called Sacramento

A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival (PCS) is now in its 20th year. This year is a three day celebration starting October 3rd to the red carpet premiere on October 5th.
Leading up to the October event PCS filmmakers will be stopping by LiveWire to share about their films and experiences.
Our first guests are FunnyMoney written by Christina Nicole Castro and Trey Van Dyke and Crème Brulee written by Judi Price. These film makers competed in a script writing competition and went onto creating their films to be shown at the Crest Theater in October.
