The Law Hogs jumped ahead in the first half and never looked back. The Fire Dogs battled five turnovers and picked up a 2nd half field goal to cap its scoring.
Pig Bowl offensive player of the game was Fire running back Hayden Rabideau, defensive player of the game was Law linebacker Jaoshua Langensipen. The game’s Most Valuable Player was selected as Law defensive back Jefferey who had nine tackles and five assists.
ABC 10’s Walt Gray named to the Pig Bowl Hall of Fame after doing play by play of the game since 1985.
Congratulations to Pig Bowl announcer Walt Gray for being named to the inauguaral group inducted into the Pig Bowl’s Hall of Fame. Gray’s television play-by-play of the Pig Bowl began in 1985 and switched to Access Sacramento for coverage in the last 23 years.
