The Simon Wiesenthal Center’s “The Courage to Remember” traveling Holocaust exhibit, was featured at the State Capitol Building on April 10th, and Kati Garner was there to capture these great photos.
The exhibit, which is always free of charge and open to the public, features more than 200 exclusive photographs that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world. It has inspired more than 2 million visitors at more than 75 locations in 15 countries since its inception, making it the most widely attended traveling exhibition on Holocaust education and remembrance.
The exhibit’s national tour actually debuted in Sacramento last September following a hate crime incident at a local dry cleaners, and was invited back for this second showing, from March 30 through April 13.
