LiveWire features Ballet, Nature and Women’s Health this Wednesday, January 11th at 5pm

LiveWire Returns for 2017 with three special guests. The Effie Yeaw Nature Center will be talking about their upcoming programs and bringing an animal ambassador. The Women Health Specialists will be speaking about their Women’s Choice event. The Sacramento Ballet will be sharing their Beer and Ballet event.

The Effie Yeaw center is environmental and cultural education center located within the American River Parkway and popular with children and adults alike. It’s mission is “dedicated to bringing awareness of the beauty and diversity of the natural world to children, families, and the community through education initiatives that foster appreciation, enjoyment, and stewardship of the unique natural and cultural resources of the Sacramento region.”

The Women Health Specialist is a nonprofit created over 40 years ago in 1971. Their philosophy is “To promote positive images of women and provide our clients with a new perspective on their bodies and health.”
They will be talking about their Celebrate choice event happening on Wednesday, January 25th.

The Sacramento Ballet has been dancing in the hearts of Sacramentians since 1954. The Sacramento ballet is a leader in arts and outreach throughout Sacramento and beyond. Their Beer and Ballet event openings on February 3rd and runs through February 19th.
