Sacramento Children’s Museum – Sacramento Children’s Museum joins Ray Tatar and the LiveWire team to talk about their summer camps and
activities happening at the museum. The Sacramento Children’s museum first opened in Rancho Cordova in August of 2011 offering hands on activities and creating explorers for children throughout Sacramento County and beyond. Vida de Oro Foundation & the Sacramento Taco Festival – Vida de Oro is a nonprofit that consists of writers, artists and performers who strive to help people reach the hopes and dreams. By creating events and activities that are based around Culture, Arts and Food they engage the community and bring a quality of life to those in disadvantaged communities.
One of these tasty events is the Sacramento Taco Festival, happening on Saturday June 1st. This festival is in it’s 6th year and includes more than just Tacos. Festival goers will be able to enjoy music, including a singing contest, watch the taco eating contest and cheer on their favorite Chihuahua in the Chihuahua Beauty contest.
