We have advocacy, theatre and dance, and an animal ambassador this Wednesday, December 2nd on LiveWire! Sacramento City College is featuring the UnSlut Project, a film that promotes gender equality and awareness. Sacramento State Theatre Department will be talking about their Faculty Dance Concert happening December 9-13th, and the Wild Life Care Association will be taking about their Nuts & Berries event on Sunday, December 13th and bringing in their animal ambassador into the studio.
Sacramento City College’s Communication Department will be coming into the studio to share about their event featuring the documentary, UnSlut. They will also be holding a question and answer session with Emily Lindin, the founder of The Unslut Project. The project promotes gender equality and awareness, creates awareness about sexually bullying, and “slut” shaming issues. This event is happening Wednesday, December 2nd.

Sacramento State’s Theatre and Dance Department creates a unique and diverse environment to develop artists in the practice of theatre and dance. Sac State students and alumni are featured in the Sacramento State’s Theatre annual Faculty Dance Concert 2015. Their artistic and musical event is happening December 9-13th.

Wildlife Care Association (WCA) is a volunteer based association that rescues and rehabilitates wild animals. WCA receives more than 6000 animals each year. WCA is having their 12th Annual Nuts & Berries event on Sunday, December 13th.
