The Sacramento Regional Water Authority will be returning to LiveWire! for their Spring report and tips for 2014. Green Gardener, Linden Nies will be back on the show ton teach us about landscape drought survival tips. He will be joined by Sacramento City representative William Granger to discuss City of Sacramento watering guidelines and rebates.
