LiveWire is happy to welcome back the Green Gardners from the Regional Water Authority. They will be sharing tips on the best ‘green’ ways to garden this summer to help preserve and protect our water and have the best garden and landscape, too! They will give us tips on how to reduce waste, prevent pollution, and also be river friendly.

For details about the Green Gardner Program log on to www.RWAh2o.org.

Also, this week we will have a very special segment with our Co-Host, Bonnie Antonini as she shares details about her web show “Vegetarian Cooking for Carnivores” and she will be sharing one of her recipes with us on LiveWire. Bonnie’s yummy and filling vegetarian dishes such as “beef” Salsa Burritos, Cheesy “Ham” Casserole, or “Turkey” Stir Fry are sure to please. The program caters to the carnivore who may want to add more veggies to their diet, live a healthier life, be animal friendly, or maybe just expand their menus. It’s not just for carnivores looking to change up their diet, it’s for everybody!

You can ‘like’ Bonnie’s program “Vegetarian Cooking for Carnivores” on Facebook or check out her program on YouTube.com/BonnieAntonini.

Tune in to LiveWire on Wednesday, June 27th at 5pm on Access Sacramento channel 17 or watch the simulcast online at www.AccessSacramento.org and click ‘watch 17’.
