“Summer Fun in Rancho Cordova!”

The City of Rancho Cordova is hosting “Summer in the City”. It’s a series of fun family friendly events that is for everyone to enjoy. Shelley Blanchard, Executive Director of the Cordova Community Council will be on the show to tell us all about this summer’s events which include music, movies, and more! The summer movies include E.T., The Sandlot, and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The summer concerts include a special Pops in the Park, the bands Mercy Me and Rock Monterz.

We are also featuring a guest,Professor, Kathryn Hohlwein, founder and President of Readers of Homer. She will be on the show to share information about thier upcoming event at Fairytale Town, a reading of “The Odyssey” by Homer. The all night event takes place on June 22nd at 6:30 pm with readings starting at 7:30pm at Fairytale Town in William Land Park.
