“California Endowment & The Idea Man”

LiveWire will be welcoming a representative from The California Endowment this week, as well as some cast and crew from the play “The Idea Man” which is happening at the R25 Complex.

The California Endowment local representative will be on LiveWire to talk about the great ongoing projects including Building Healthy Families and Building Healthy Communities. These projects will help keep our future bright. We will get to hear how we, as Californians, and residents of Sacramento benefit from the Endowment. You will even find out how the endowment can help your neighborhood. for more information about The California Endowment log on to http://CalEndow.org.

Cast & Crew from “The Idea Man” playing at California Stage at the R25 Complex will be on the show to give us a sneak preview of the play. The play by Kevin King and Directed by Penny Kline is about an obnoxious, smart-mouthed man who likes to drink and chase women, but is an everyday working man who has one great attribute: he is full of ideas. He submits his great ideas into the suggestion box at work and the company makes millions only to honor him with a plaque and $100. This comedic take on the situation will keep you entertained! For details about the play that starts February 18th and runs through March 17th visit www.CalStage.org.

Tune in to LiveWire on Wednesday, February 15th at 5pm on Access Sacramento channel 17 or watch the simulcast online at www.AccessSacramento.org and click ‘watch 17’.
