Two special classes, Short Form Scriptwriting and Producing Short Documentaries, are back by popular demand, but the deadline to sign up for these classes is coming up.  You can sign up for them today in the Access Sacramento Office or by phone at (916) 456-8600, ext. 0.  You do not have to be a member of Access Sacramento to take these classes.

Short Form Scriptwriting will be taught by Cosumnes River College and Art Institute of Sacramento Instructor, Matt Perry.  The class will be made up of three four-hour sessions, beginning on Saturday, October 22 (10am-2pm), inside the Coloma Community Center.  You can use this class to polish your PCS entry or further your film writing skills.  However, there is limited enrollment, so sign up as soon as possible.  The class fee is $50.

Jacob Greenberg, former PBS producer, will be teaching Producing Short Documentaries.  The class will delve into research, narrative and interview techniques, so you can organize your topic with the right facts and tell a compelling story.  This class will consist of four sessions, beginning Monday, October 10 (6pm-9pm).  The fee is $50.  However, the class is limited to 8 registrations, so enroll as soon as possible.
